实验室技术员

Responsibilities岗位职责
1、Implement routine inspection of IQC, IPQC,FQC according to related SOP and test method, keep all records in order at any time, ensure to provide precise inspection data and release in time
依据相关SOP和测试方法实施IQC,IPQC,FQC的日常检测，保持所有记录有序归档并确保及时提供准确分析数据 和放行
2、Assist plant for investigation if any non-conforming case or customer complaint , report abnormal in time, be able to root cause analysis and provide the suggestion for handling
协助工厂调查分析不合格品事件或客户投诉，及时反馈异常，能分析根本原因和提供处置建议
3、Maintain and calibrate lab device in time and keep record , resolve simple problem independently if any equipment failure 及时维护和校准实验室设备并保留记录，能独立解决简单设备故障
4、Keep HSE compliance and performance ,good management of retain sample, dangerous chemical and lab consumable , good awareness of 5S to keep lab clean at any time
保持HSE合规性和绩效，对实验室留样、危险化学品和消耗品进行管理，良好的5S 意识保持实验室洁净


Requirements 任职要求
1、Professional college and above background in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry Good knowledge and experience in quality control part, understand basic workflow of it
具有化学或分析化学专业背景及以上学历，有质量控制部分的经验，了解它的基本工作流程
2、3+ years of experience in QC work in Semiconductor, Electronic, Chemical, Pharma or Automotive industry
在半导体，电子，化学，制药或汽车行业拥有3年以上质量控制经验
3、Be familiar with lab device operation, calibration , maintenance and troubleshooting
熟悉实验室设备的操作，校准，维护和故障排除
4、Strong communication skills, ability to assist plant operation
较强的沟通能力，协助工厂运营的能力
5、Good English skill in listening ,speaking, reading and writing.
良好的英语听，说，读，写能力


Other requirements其它要求
1、Good experience on TOC/IC/ICP related lab instruments is preferred
具有TOC / IC / ICP相关实验室仪器经验的优先考虑
