生产操作员

主要工作职责：

？Safe operation of the unit, compliance with SHE requirements and protection of the environment;

生产单元的安全操作，遵守SHE以及环境保护要求

？Strictly Follow the quality requirement and SOP instructions;

严格遵守质量要求以及SOP 指导说明

？Control the production lines through the PLC, give instruction to new field operator for sampling, operation and filter changing;

通过PLC控制生产线，指导现场操作人员取样，操作以及过滤器更换

？Record daily operation data;

记录每天生产数据

？Assistant to production Shift leader for work arrangement and group management;

协助生产领班进行工作安排和团队管理

？Work with the production Shift leader to address the unit issues;

与生产领班一起解决单元问题

？Report production incident, emergency problem to production Shift Leader;

及时向生产领班汇报生产事故、紧急问题

？Assist in training junior operators;

协助初级操作员的培训

？Other works assigned by Shift leader

生产领班安排的其他工作

？Support and maintain the ISO 14000, ISO 9000 and Solvay Care Management System

支持和维护ISO 14000， ISO 9000以及索尔维关怀管理系统

任职要求：

？Technical school (chemical related) or high school degree (or higher)

中专毕业（化工相关专业）或高中及以上学历

？3 years working experience in chemical or medical manufacturing

3年及以上化工或者医药制造行业工作经验

？A team player
